🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Rug Icon, we take pride in offering exceptional, high-quality rugs. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. In-Stock Rugs

Eligible in-stock rugs may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Return authorization is required before shipping back

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

All custom or made-to-order rugs are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

  • We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Rugs showing signs of use or alteration
