Thank you for choosing Rug Icon for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.  This is a sufficient time to try the rugs and products in your room and make sure the design, color, texture and Material are uplifting your lifestyle and space.

Restocking Fee: For all returns, a restocking fee of 10% of the total price of the item(s) will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the condition to resell. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: The client is responsible for all return shipping costs (including shipping insurance). Please ensure that the item is properly packaged. Please use a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
