Rug Cleaning Service 

1. Service Description: Our rug cleaning service provides professional cleaning for rugs of various types, including but not limited to, area rugs, Oriental rugs, Persian rugs, and antique rugs. We use industry-standard cleaning methods and eco-friendly products to ensure the best possible results while maintaining the integrity of your rugs.

2. Service Process: Upon booking our service, our team will schedule a convenient pickup time for your rugs. We will then transport the rugs to our cleaning facility, where they will undergo a thorough cleaning process. This process includes inspection, dusting, washing, rinsing, drying, and grooming. Once the cleaning is complete, we will arrange for the delivery of your rugs back to your location.

3. Pricing and Payment: Our pricing is based on factors such as the size, type, and condition of the rugs. A detailed cost estimate will be provided before the service begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service and can be made via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

Regular base price (all wool): $8/ sqft.

4. Rug Condition and Liability: While we make every effort to clean your rugs effectively and safely, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damage. Some rugs may have pre-existing conditions that can affect the cleaning process and results. We will inform you of any such issues before proceeding with the cleaning. We are not liable for any damage that occurs due to pre-existing conditions or improper care of the rugs.

5. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the rugs to be cleaned, including any known stains, damages, or special requirements. Customers should also ensure that the rugs are accessible for pickup and delivery at the scheduled times.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

7. Customer-oriented: We are committed to your satisfaction with our service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion, and we will work to address any concerns.

Rug Customization Service 

1. Service Description:

Our rug customization service allows customers to create bespoke custom rugs. Customers can choose from a variety of options, including rug size, shape, material, color, pattern, and design elements, to create a unique new rug that suits their individual style and requirements. Meanwhile, we offer tailoring size and shape customization for our existing rugs based on your needs within 14 days. 

2. Customization Process:

Upon booking our service, customers will have a consultation with our design team to discuss their customization preferences. Based on the consultation, our team will provide design rendering (Free). Once approved, we start making a strike off (with a fee charged, which will be contributed to the deposit after moving forward). Once approved, we proceed to make the ordered size after charging 50% deposit fee.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Our pricing for custom rugs is based on factors such as size, material, design complexity, and production time. A detailed cost estimate will be provided based on the customer's specifications. Payment terms will be outlined in the estimate and may include a deposit at the time of order placement.

The customer will be provided with an estimated timeline for completion and delivery of the custom rug. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials. We will make every effort to deliver the custom rug within the agreed-upon timeframe.

5. Quality Assurance:

We are committed to delivering high-quality custom rugs that meet our customers' expectations. Each custom rug undergoes thorough quality control checks to ensure it meets our standards before being delivered to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the rug is found to be defective or significantly different from the approved design. In such cases, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications for their custom rug. Any changes or modifications requested after the design approval may impact the final cost and timeline of the project.

Rug Appraisal Service 

1. Service Description:

Our rug appraisal service provides professional evaluations of rugs to determine their origin, age, quality, condition, and current market value. Our appraisers use industry-standard methods and expertise to provide accurate and detailed assessments of rugs for various purposes, including insurance coverage, resale value determination, estate planning, and historical documentation.

2. Appraisal Process:

Upon booking our service, customers will schedule an appointment for our appraiser to examine the rug in person. The appraiser will assess the rug's characteristics, including its design, materials, knot count, dye quality, and overall condition. The customer will receive a detailed written report outlining the findings and valuation of the rug based on current market trends and industry standards.

Our pricing for rug appraisals is based on factors such as the size, type, and complexity of the rug. All travel costs will be paid by clients. A detailed cost estimate will be provided before the appraisal begins. Payment is due upon completion of the appraisal and can be made via cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer.

Customers will receive a comprehensive written appraisal report detailing the rug's attributes, provenance, condition assessment, and valuation. This report can be used for insurance purposes, resale documentation, estate planning, or personal reference.

2. Rental Process:

Customers can browse our rug collection and select the rugs they wish to rent based on their requirements. Upon booking, customers will provide details such as rental period, delivery location, and any specific instructions. Our team will then arrange for the delivery and setup of the rented rugs at the designated location.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Our rental pricing is based on factors such as the size, type, and duration of the rental. A detailed rental agreement will be provided outlining the rental terms, costs, and payment schedule. Payment is due upon confirmation of the rental and can be made via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

4. Rental Period and Extension:

The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Customers can request an extension of the rental period, subject to availability and additional charges. Extensions should be requested 48 hours in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

5. Care and Maintenance:

Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of the rented rugs during the rental period. This includes ensuring the rugs are kept in a clean and undamaged condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the customer's responsibility and may incur additional charges.

6. Pickup and Return:

At the end of the rental period, our team will schedule a pickup time to retrieve the rented rugs from the customer's location. Customers should ensure that the rugs are accessible for pickup and are ready for transport. Any delays or changes to the pickup schedule should be communicated in advance.

7. Quality Assurance:

We take pride in offering high-quality rental rugs that are well-maintained and clean. Our team conducts thorough inspections of the rented rugs before and after each rental to ensure they meet our standards of quality.

8. Liability and Damages:

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of the use or misuse of the rented rugs. Customers are responsible for using the rugs in a safe manner and should report any damages or issues to our team promptly. The clients should maintain any required insurance necessary. (Such as, but not limited to, slip and fall injuries, etc)
